Now I know what to do the day before an ESA medical

I help hubby grout a few tiles in the bathroom window.
I visit old work colleagues and spend time chatting to them.
I buy a pair of slippers from Asda.
I cook a roast dinner.
That is what I did yesterday and today I can barely move
At least then the ATOS would see me on a bad day.
Mr PS asked if I could help him finish the grouting as he was worried that the mixture would be hardened before he had finished. I used to be good at tiling so I grabbed a bit of sponge and did a few tiles, just the ones I could reach easily.
He then suggested I needed a trip out so we went to the large homewares store that I used to work in to visit everyone (and buy the best scones in the county in their cafe).
I stood talking for a while then had a seat on a bed as I started aching. We walked around the store to see the new set up and I again sat down whilst talking to another friend.
All catching up and gossip done, we called in at Asda on the way home for cans of beer  and new slippers.
This morning I am so weak I can barely put one foot in front of the other and everything is such an effort - even talking. No really strong pain (thank goodness), but just an all over slight achy feeling, with cramps around my middle and chest if I move too much.
I think I will just rest today, fill the slow cooker up so tea will be sorted, and let hubby look after me.

That sounds like a good plan for today
I expect the grouting was the main culprit, exacerbated by what followed. To do it you'll probably have been using muscles and getting into positions not in your daily routine. We lose muscle strength very quickly. It's why I stopped driving after my youngest left home. As I was now only using the car a couple of times a week, my 'driving' muscles packed in. I had either to drive about every day, whether I wanted to or not  or give up the car.
I hope you'll be better after a good rest.If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
