Hi

I managed to do four minutes on the upright exercise bike today...Apparently my face was a picture and I got a fair sweat on but I gritted my teeth, closed my eyes and did my small stint...Big improvement from last week when could not get it going....

Well done, Elaine. That's progress. As long as the physio's happy with it.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

I no longer see a physio so assume it is okay...Not easy and my face must have been a picture!
