ESA Waiting Game

Hi

I went for my medical for my ESA benefits on 31st January 2013....Last time I had such a medical I got my refusal results within 2 working days...They have paid me again today so am obviously no result yet..I don't want to ring them up and ask them what's going on but it is a bit puzzling to say the least.
I'm just wondering how long others have waited for their results...The flipping postman keeps bringing brown envelopes but not the sort for me...

Hi, just to ask, if you are waiting for your actual 'verdict' ie the DWP's decision, if so you could request your medical report form ESA85 first if you haven't done so - that's what I did, it's v quick, I had mine within days. It's not the final say-so I know, but it might give you an idea which way things seem to be going & if you've had a positive sounding report.

All the best with the outcome I've been following your other thread so good luck. :)

(Sorry if you've got your ESA85 already & I've misinterpreted, just a thought).

Elaine, I got mine after about three weeks the doctor did tell me it would be about the three week mark, the thing is every area will be different, unfortunately it won't get there before it's time, the old saying, no news is good news, as we say here in Scotland you will have to bide your time hen  shouldn't be to long now............Marie x

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I had my medical on 1st April and didn't get my letter until 8th July, making it 13 weeks!
It will be different in other areas though I am sure.
