Hi Folks

Not sure if this is good or bad news to be honest I was refused dla for the second time but this time I asked them to look at claim again as my condition is worse due to possible nerve damage and fits/strokes currently under investigation via Neurologist. I received a letter today informing me someone will be in touch to arrange a medical assessment.
Anyone had one of these and succeeded to win claim?

    Hi Folks just to let you know I have won the review I asked for and after medical assessment I am entitled to High rate mobility and High rate personal care. Please , if you get turned down like I did ask for a review as it worked for me.
