Well got out of hospital yesterday afternoon, going to miss it in a funny sort of way .definitely going to miss the banter. Didn'r realize my bed was so low to the floor lol but easy to get into. Had a really comfortable night, no pain,no waking up in agony in middle of night, surprisingly ,just comparing past experience.
Slept till 10.30am ,. Pete's made me a milky coffee, Ive done a few exercises this morning to pull knee back without too much pain. All in all I feel surprisingly good today.
But I know me and know I try to run before I can walk so going to have tell myself to behave this time.....
Would love to go out for a walk this morning though, the weather looks gorgeous out there

Great you are home, we are both going to keep an eye on each other and make sure we don't do to much, I have done some excerises and had a couple of sessions with the ice pack, now going for a wash, don't want another evening like yesterday. Keep up the good work.

Go for a drive instead  Or borrow a wheelchair. Rest and exercises, remember?

Never heard anything from Physio, If there's no phone call from them tomorrow, I'm gonna give them a call.Had a phone call from district nurse today though saying she's been told by Sheffield to come for a home visit. "whats this for " she asks me oh right so what kind of stiches you got.. I told her I don't know but ive a letter for you, dressings and a stich puller to give you AND I will be in when you come as I cant walk .... Definitely back to sunny scunny

Barbara that's what Pete can't believe, that I'm almost pain free at the moment. Get tired easy though and would love to go to the loo (if you know what I mean)
