Well got out of hospital yesterday afternoon, going to miss it in a funny sort of way .definitely going to miss the banter. Didn'r realize my bed was so low to the floor lol but easy to get into. Had a really comfortable night, no pain,no waking up in agony in middle of night, surprisingly ,just comparing past experience.
Slept till 10.30am ,. Pete's made me a milky coffee, Ive done a few exercises this morning to pull knee back without too much pain. All in all I feel surprisingly good today.
But I know me and know I try to run before I can walk so going to have tell myself to behave this time.....
Would love to go out for a walk this morning though, the weather looks gorgeous out there

Go for a drive instead Or borrow a wheelchair. Rest and exercises, remember? If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Never heard anything from Physio, If there's no phone call from them tomorrow, I'm gonna give them a call.Had a phone call from district nurse today though saying she's been told by Sheffield to come for a home visit. "whats this for " she asks me oh right so what kind of stiches you got.. I told her I don't know but ive a letter for you, dressings and a stich puller to give you AND I will be in when you come as I cant walk .... Definitely back to sunny scunny0 -
