Sheffield told me about them so this morning I decided to give them a call about getting on the register and the orthocard. Told the lovely man on the end of phone about having my TKR nov .2011 and how hospital then didn't mention about them ,he said that it was against the law for them not to register me and they should have asked for my consent or not to be put on the register. A bit weird that isn't it but not really spurprising knowing that hospital.
Now I have to sent the hospital a consent form ,printed from the website with a covering letter explaining I want to be put on register then NJR should then contact me , then I can apply for my orthocard. What a carry on
