Pain in the neck saying hi!

Diagnosed last October, but only just joined...looks like a good source of ideas, help and cheerful banter!
OA in neck, so any advice...preferably of the 'several months on the beach in the sun' type, always welcome!!

Ah, wouldn't that be good! Hello, it's nice to meet you and I hope we can help with information and support. I have OA in my ankles, knees, just started in my right hip and my neck isn't wonderful either. I have an auto-immune version in those joints and others too. It's not fun.
The Living with Arthritis part of the forum is where we deal with questions abolut meds, appointments, doctors, side-effects etc and ChitChat is where we try to leave our worries behind and have a bit of fun.
