Hello
I wonder could you post some links on how to avoid OA doing damage to fingers etc or to reduce the effects of OA.
A few weeks ago I over streached my fingers and something snapped in one of them to the point I at first thought it was broken.
I was reading a post which has made me wonder if this is to do with the OA which I had not considered before, is ligament damage to do with OA in the fingers if they are over streached?
Thank you for your time.

Best joke I ever read, "With that information and a diagnosis of spondylosis, your doctor can develop a treatment plan" or back in reality totally ignore you. Is ok I have a sense of humour and a boxing glove, not defeated yet.
