Black Cherry

After reading an article about the benefits of black cherry, I decided to give it a go. I have had RA for over a year now, it is well controlled with mtx injections and hydro. I've been taking the black cherry concentrate for about 3 weeks, and can honestly say I feel better now than I have in a year. Not so tired or sore, in fact I almost feel normal! Anyone else tried it?

I don't know if it helps, Elaine, but I love cherries of any kind and eat them whenever they're in season. If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Apparently the Japanese are big on the benefits of cherries, and an article I read said that just 6 cherries a day, in whatever form, could provide benefits. I did try but my IBS didn't seem too happy with them, I will try again though because there may have been other things contributing to the problem.0
