Researchers
Researchers must NOT post requests or links to research projects on our forum.

Academic organisations, agencies or institutions wishing to work with Arthritis Care on research projects should email the web manager with details of their request. Note: requests from individual students will not usually be considered.

I always turn nearly used up bottles of shampoo or similar upside down or cut the bottle in half and cover with clingfilm or get someone else to do it.
One person recommended transferring liquids into pump dispensers in a posting some time ago and another suggested transferring liquids into an antibacterial hand gel bottle.
