I just read about this cluase 99 which mean from april anyone found fit for work by Atos, you can no longer go straight to appeal, you have go to a reconsideration,. But here is the kicker you wont get paid at this stage and there is no time scale either.you can go on jsa but if like me there is no way your fit for work your stuffed.
Then when they do say no you have to appeal direct to the tibunals service, and its no longer on legal aid.
Aint we being kicked enough.
Ia am still trembling and feeling sick

Hi Stephen
Why am I not surprised its typical of the DWP who seem to me to be totally incompetent
The letters I've had about my ESA totally contradict themselves all from the same woman stating different information
Thing is Stephen we are easy pickings when in fact it's the lazy good for nothing's (thought I'd be polite) get everything for doing nothing
I've worked for 32 yrs never claimed a penny and when I try to claim even though I've paid my NI contributions for that length of time they don't want to know
I only hope in the future they suffer like us then they would know what it's like for us!
I'd rather be well and work full time until my retirement age but can't
Oh I must stop ranting
Don't let the b******s get you down
Take care

The government may as well create a new universe for us because we are nearly back to the times of the stigma of leprosy...Now its people who have an illness, short or long-term and the government just keep pecking away like a hungry eagle...
Its horrible my friend, we must all keep strong...

have my hospital appointment today so that should be fun...wonder if he will be as rude as last time, mood i am in. god help him0

Hi Stephen
Good luck with your appointment
I do not know why some are so rude
I was a nurse for many years and never understood why some consultants are so rude! We had one consultant who emailed the wards saying would you stop your staff saying good morning (we called him god when he was on the ward) I always said good morning just to annoy him!
Don't think the older docs were taught to have a good bedside manner!
You could always complain to the pals dept think its changed its name
It's there for patients to have their say
Let us know how you get on

Hi Steven
Well done for your political protests!! Go you.
We should all do the same in my book...if we don't we can't complain about what's happening.
I hope your appointment went ok today?
Love

Hi Stephen (sorry I just spelt your name wrong  )
