Hello, im new to the site and to some of my arthritis.

I have had ostio in my hands for a few years now but have just found out that I now have it in both my hips, my right knee, ankle and foot.

I'm going for my 1st physio on the 18th so they can determin the best course of action for me.

Hello Susan. It's good to meet you. My arthritis is mostly RA but I have some OA too. I'm sorry yours is finding new areas to move into but physios are very good and, if you do the exercises regularly, I'm sure you'll find it will help you. Please join us on the other forums. Living With Arthritis and Chit Chat are where most of us hang out. Just join in anywhere you like.

I have had OA for 10yrs and last year diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis in all my joints
I hope physio goes well

Hi Susan
Welcome to the site, I have OA too in both feet, so I sympathise with you. This forum is a great place to vent or have a good laugh. There is always someone who understands what you're going through or can at least offer a listening ear when you need to talk.
