Just back from Curves.

Got weighed and have now lost 2 stone 5 pound in 7 weeks, still got a long way to go though :)

Only trouble is some of my clothes are getting too big!!!

    Well done Gilly keep at it I know all about the big clothes but I love finding i can get into a smaller size.

    It is nice having some clothes that are too big.......I can get back into clothes that were too small which is a good incentive!

    oh Gilly yes that's the best feeling ever to find that something that you put to the back of the wardrobe cos it was too small now fits. I dont regret joining my slimming group one little bit and the healthier eating plan is part of my way of life now and i dont find it difficult to stick too.
