Had my copy of medical assessment and the errors if they weren't so culpable would be laughable...Apparently cos I request chairs with arms and have diffculty rising then this is not consistent with my medical history etc..My ligaments are healing so do indeed have problems with this...Also she stated a degree of knee flexion when she didnt measure it just guessed it, I refused to do some tasks (I said I couldn;t big difference) and she said I declined to show her my bunion on left foot, I told her cos of hip problems it hurt to get down there from sitting position and explained to her so she said fine to show me one...Also she said thatat I would benefit from use of a manual wheelchair cos of restriction of mobility...I also had no problem negotiating furntiure at centre, funny how I couldn;t move when leaving cos she put the chair in my way and watched me struggle, my dad had to move it....Plenty of holes to pick in this but its wrong!!!

What is a face to face report, Im confused? In a way its positive cos there is holes I can pick in it, had it been 100% true I'd have walked away and said fair do's but its not the case....
It's not gonna spoil my weekend, my sister gave me £100 from a PIP claim that was wrong so that will see me over...
Thanks for your support always appreciated...

Elaine the report you got was the DWP's assessment from the information the HCP gave to them, it should tell you somewhere that you can write or phone for the full face to face ATOS report, I wrote to them and heard nothing it took two phone calls before I finally received it............Marie xSmile a while and while you smile

From what Elaine describes that already is the face-to-face report, ESA85... the DWP Decision Maker's report is the scoresheet one, with the points etc.. think it's the ESA85(s) but that's from memory.
Sorry it didn't go well elaine0 -
Actually the ESA85s is something different again, also from the face-to-face, sorry.
All these flippin' acronyms...0 -
I am still waiting for the form to come through with the points not scored on it so I believe I have the full face-to-face report...I have ammo to go to CAB with next week....

Hi Elaine
I do think that these assessment people are setting them selves up for a massive fall...you are not the only one that has found holes in it.
Good Luck with it all..xLove
