Hi hope Arthur is behaving
I'm just watching Meatloaf concert on tv
I forgot how good it is to sing out at top of my tone deaf voice and how happy I feel
Good job my house is detached otherwise neighbours would think I've strangled the cat!!!
Who or what songs make you happy?
Maria

I'm much the same as Barbara, I have a wide range of musical tastes. From Classical to the modern music of today. And I do tend to react to music. One type I dont like are Love songs (slow ones) they make me cry and I avoid doing that.

I like music that I can turn on full blast, going down the motorway with Def Leperd, my son raised me on hard rock and now I've grown up it still sounds good.

Love all sorts of music particularly rock or c&w or classical -too much to choose from! Watched Les Mis last week with Uber -cool Ellie and even she said how fabulous the songs were in that! So show tunes are up there as well! Mustn't forget Indie, Motown and Northern Soul nor a certain Mr David Essex!!

I told you I loved all sorts but I never said it was fashionable!!

Northern, Motown and Indie for me too with Punk and also classical tunes that I used to warm up for my Gymnastics. I sometimes find myself mentally dancing like the 'old days'.

Knees up Mother Brown always makes me smile

well for me it would have to be 80`s music, OMD, Human League, Blancmange, Heaven 17, Psychedelic Furs, Eurythmics.......I put on an 80`s album and sing loudly (badly!!) and try to block everything else out. Makes me smile anyway
