Yesterday I co-delivered the first session AC's two part challenging
pain course.
The course went well; the participants were interested and involved;
my co-trainer and I were happy with our delivery; and the course
was held at a super venue, a health centre at Preston North End's
football ground.
It has prompted me to remind you all that AC sponsor several
self management courses and all are useful and helpful. If you
find a course that is convenient for you to attend, do go on it.
You will get a lot of benefit.

    Hi Ichabod

    I think it sounds like the course is going well :) .

    Abyone who might be interested should go on one of these I did and it helped me a lot - I still refer to the handbook.

    Love

    That's excellent news, Ichabod. The Challenging Pain courses always seem to go down well. What a great venue! I hope it continues in the same vein.

    I've been ah welling most of the seaon until an ex-Leeds
    manager turned up to guide us. 11 points out of a possible 15.
    Painful I know, but look on the bright side and get on a
    self management course asap
