Gosh, that's something to celebrate. My last letter said I will be moving to PIP at some point in the future despite having a 'lifetime' award of DLA. I think I'll go and re-read it in case I've misunderstood! DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

I got a letter last week too. If I understood it correctly, it's all change unless, like myself and Unsure, you're an old crock.If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

My oh was awarded dla for life after his stroke,have just checked the gov web site and put his date of birth in,it says because he is over 64 ( he's 69) nothing will change for him,have not had a letter yet though. Mig0

Great to hear good news unsure must be a weight off your mind, I'm afraid I don't quite fall into that catagory so will have to apply for pip which I'm dreading xSmile a while and while you smile

As I understand it if you have a lifetime or indefinite award the earliest you
will be contacted to go on pip is 2015...or if over a certain age you won't need to change.0
