Good for you Elaine. Keeping up the good fight. Will the CAB help with the new appeal. I hope they will. They might have different ideas on how to stress the severity. Good luck, and keep us informed. By the way, have you made an appt with your doctor???Karen xx0

Well good for you Elaine, these appeals are horrendous, I had to appeal when I applied for DLA years ago, it was the CAB that saw me through the process and I couldn't thank them enough, I certainly couldn't have done it on my own. I felt as if I needed to apologise for having this bluddy awful disease. How ever do the fraudsters get away with it? that's what I want to know. Good luck to you and let us know how it goes.

Well said Numps
Sounds dreadful these days what genuinely disabled people have to go through. Reading about experiences with ESA, ATOS and DLA, well, its plain awful, words can't describe. Trouble is can it only get worse with the state of this country's finances?
Good luck to all who are having to go through this fight.

Thanks Kath
Problem is nowadays there is cases of all sorts of physical and mental disabilities...Whereas it just used to be when I was growing up a certain few sorts, thats how I remember it...The government just dont know how to deal with it but with Cameron he is shamefull...I can only think his father and son didn't ever need social care or else he would know what an awful system this is and scrap it..
