well im 3 weeks post op on knee and not a happy bunny

ive been doing all this exersise and the phisio devasted me by telling me
medial femoral condyle is a grade 3
acl significantly streatched
patella femorl joint grade 1
AND THE LATERAL COMPARTMENT NORMAL
where did all that go in 9 months from nothing wrong on mri and xray
should be able to see grade 3 a mile off on an xray even on inside of knee joint
ive got the knee moving back to near normal
but my feet keep going blue on it and then warming up and ive got cold sores on it along with the other big to aon the other leg the better one having a cold sore on it
knee bend but walking level is a problem with it anyone on here had this
im getting my circulation looked at by tests when docs send me letter and im realy worried now
if i had left well alone it would have been better than this had coldish feet then but now its worse
they told me they would let me know in april what my options are
meanwhile i got ache on bottom of bum and ringing in left ear
