Hi guys
I'm seeing my rheumatologist tomorrow to find out my mri results. Feeling scared as he was looking to see if I have AS or not. Appointment is at 3pm. Would appreciate some happy thoughts!
Will let you know what happens

Hi Guys
thank you all for your support yesterday. I went to see the rheumy and apparently I do have spondyloarthropathy in my back, not a big surprise really I was sort of expecting it.
He didn't want to call it AS because he says it usually affects men, but I've done a lot of reading and women can get it too just not as many of us. Maybe he didn't want to label me or something. Anyway, at least I know.
Being allergic to most NSAIDs means he can only really start me off on the highest dose of slow release ibuprofen which I seem to be ok on and refer me for some heavy duty physio.
I might post a new thread to see if anyone else has had any similar experiences.
Anyway thanks again for your kind thoughts
