I hope you all are not to badly off with the weather, I know maybe some of you have lost electric.
But, I would very much appreciate pocket duties on Wednesday. I have the dreaded Atos Medical down at Hastings. I am already a nervous reck.
My Tony is driving me down there, but obviously going in on my own.
So, pretty please, give me some encouragement.

I just wanted to say a big thankyou to all of you. It does mean so much.
I went to the doctors this morning and thankfully she has given me a steroid injection into my elbow. So I have only just come on here. And she has refered me to physio which I start on the 6th April, at a sport centre would you believe.
One thing I would like to ask you all, are you allowed to take someone in with you on your appointment at the medical thingy.Karen xx0 -
Karen I am glad you have had that jab..if I remember right from other threads you are allowed someone in with you...dont forget most people would need the help.
I will bethinking about you ...xxLove

I hope the steroid injection helps.
Yes, you can take someone in with you, in fact, I think it's advisable to do so.
Good luck.

im thinking of you as well we are all in the same boat on this one ,nobody is escaping this then we will all have to get together for the dla in 2015 its a nightmare all round ,hope everything goes well im sure you will keep us updated dont take any snash or be intimidated and mind no smiling or politeness even if it goes against the grain ,they are trained to think that means your not in pain and have general well being they are a shower of bad words so always remember that ,im in your pocket and im with you all the way x0

Thanks to all of you. It's over now, thank goodness. She was a lovely lady. We just have to wait for the result but she said not to worry about it. Tony came in with me,so I have his hand to hold. I didn't realise that they contact your doctor too.
Anyway, now I am warn out. And at least I was able to claim the petrol money back and the parking as well.
Shall let you know, once I know. Keep your fingers crossed for me wont you.Karen xx0 -

I'm sorry too I didn't realise you had an ATOS medical. I would be nervous too as they sound like an ordeal and Hastings was a fair way for you to travel.
I'm glad that part is now over and hope they find in your favour as they should.
