Winter woes

It's often said that after a bad winter, summer is really good. Is that just an old wives tale or am I just in my own personal bubble.

What do you think?

    I am optimistic of a good summer because the year my eldest was born, 1995, we had a snowy March followed by a scorcher of a long long summer :D

    I have my fingers crossed that it will be a good summer and spring for that matter. We could all do with some good old sunshine to warms our bones.
