well good slimming world result tonight lost 1 pound this week and got my 3 and half stone award oh happy me that interim target is getting ever closer. :D:D:D

    Well-done you Carol

    My sister lost 6 and a half stone after she split up with her husband.....the best ever day was when she bumped into him with her new partner (he with his - much older than my sis) ......he didn't recognise her at first and his new woman's eyes - nearly popped out of her head :wink:
