Where as Spring gone?

It's 8am on an April Spring morning and it's so dark I've had to put the lights on and now it's sleeting.

We're off to visit some of my new found cousins in Hastings soon and apparently the weather is bitterly cold there - think I'll be packing thick jumpers and my hot water bottle.

Son went to Florida on Sunday and have I heard one word from him? No I haven't. I can only assume he arrived okay. I sent him a text saying "are you having a good time?", but no reply.

Think I'll go back to bed and get up again in May
