It would be good to hear what songs, TV/radio programmes & films other people find useful for keeping cheerful. 'Bring me sunshine' is one of mine, & in my car right now I have a Chas n Dave CD on the go; sometimes it's Albert Lee (The guitarists' guitarist) with Hogan's Hero's, or Cat Stevens amongst others. Oh & I really enjoy watching Andre Rieu DVD's.
I have a somewhat childish nature at times so love Shrek. My husband & I definitely bear a resemblance to Shrek & Fiona!
I love 'The Big Blue' & musicals such as 'Calamity Jane', 'Seven Brides for Seven Brothers' etc.
