Had a call today to say I can now have the desensitisation to Toccillizumab. Ive been told its a long process but I am excited anyway 6 months is a long time to wait for the powers that be NICE to make their decision and blumming annoying. Anyway I just have to wait for the clinic to work out the finer points and then they will ring me with a ward appointment to get started. Hopefully in the next 2-3 weeks
So although Ive not been around much lately to give you all support I thought Id share a hopefully positive note (and hopefully a positive result). Its my last chance 5th biologic (so the Prof tells me)so it has to work this time.
Hoping all are having a good day today
