Helloo guys

Hope your all well

You may remember me from a few months back , about appealing against my application being denied for DLA. I applied and today received a response to say that my appeal was unsuccessful and that they've sent a copy to the tribunal court and they'll get in touch with me. I am so disappointed with this, I sent a lot of additional evidence to back up why I am entitled to it , but it seems that didn't help and I don't see the point in going to a tribunal now.

Does anyone have any suggestions ?? I also did not say to them that if my appeal was not successful that I want to take it , to a tribunal. It's been nothing but stress and am fed up now.

All your help would be appreciated.

Many thanks
Waqas

i spoke to my doctor and he said that , their should be no reason why i should be getting declined. I wanted to know if anyone here has been to a tribunal and is it necessary ?? I am beyond the point of even bothering now and CAB have said to resubmit an application in 3 months, with a lot more evidence and reports from physios, doctors and etc.

P.S - You replying is more then enough , I do appreciate you taking your time out :)

    Thanks again

im sorry you lost your appeal ,but i am also sure that you can re appeal ,how can they turn you down without seeing you ,im sure that if they see you arent going to let it go and you mean business then they will have to look at it again ,like was said in the previous reply from barbara you need to put in as much medical evidence as you possible can ,i must be one of the lucky ones if you call being like this lucky i got a letter today saying im in the support group now ,i didnt have to go to a board ect because i had tons of medical evidence and excellent reports from consultants ect ,i was very shocked as i heard all the horror stories and was expecting to be called in but out of the blue today came the letter,i stick by the medical evidence part ,everybody you go to see ask could they give you a letter to state your condition and keep a record of your day to day pain ,dont give up dont let them win there are others who have fought it twice and have won ,keep your chin up and try again
