can anyone tell me if i should appeal the dla they turned me down althou i struggle everyday and have bad depression i dont know what to do any advice would be great if you can help this is my first post im a newbie :oops: i have psoriatic arthritis

    welcome to the forum , as for appealing talk to the CAB , they know what your chances are of winning it & will help you all way through the appeal

    Hi Ali

    Welcome to the forums from me too :D

    I agree - appeal a lot DO succeed on appeal and get some support (not only from us lot) but CAB or DIAL too.

    A very good friend WON her appeal and told me about it this very day so go for it :)

    Definitely appeal this, take it to tribunal if you have to.
    This whole benefits thing is becoming ridiculous now, genuine people being turned down left right and centre :x

    I had to go to tribunal and i was assessed by decent, caring people.
    I only wanted low rate mobility help but was awarded medium rate care too because they saw that I needed it !!
    I received over £2000 in backdated benefit which meant I could purchase a wheelchair and mobility scooter.

    Fight this all the way, and good luck.
