I recently had steroid IV infusions and as most of you know they can make you crazy hungry lol. Well to cut a long story short I lost a fairly decent amount of weight from around oct - feb and have now put it all back on in the matter of weeks :|. I decided last night that enough was enough and that I will stick to a strict diet once again and hope the weight comes off easy. Last time I had my arthritis assisting me in losing weight as I was in so much pain that I couldn’t get to the fridge to get hold of snacks etc, does anyone here have any handy tips for me that will help with weight loss?

The happiest people don't have the best of everything. They just make the best of everything.

If you can lay down at night knowing in your heart that you made someone's day just a little bit better, you know you had a good day.

I was on steroids for 20 years from birth and was quite over weight. When I came off them, I did nothing to my weight but over 3 years, I just got the weight which I was happy about.

I wouldn't push yourself. I don't know how much you can do with pain etc but I found yoga to be great and it helped my flexibility.
