Hello everybody i am still about keeping an eye on things , my knee is still in the same state as its always been , still not right ,i have a brilliant bend but no change in pain levels i am still on diclo and paracetamol , with omeprazole i have left them off to see if there is any difference at times there isn't any with or with out , at the moment i am having acupuncture on my back as that is where they say the pain is radiating from i feel different but its only my knee , she did treat the knee yesterday though , i have a 6 week treatment via pain clinic but i do feel as if i have been left to suffer as far as the consultant is concerned ,my own DR is surprised that i am still on my scaffold poles and says i should go with out them , i amble round the garden with out but i can stumble with out them so i will keep them thank you .
I know i am a lady ,all life is a journey xx MAY xx

Hello bertyboy. It's lovely to see you again but I'm sorry things aren't going too well for you. How long ago since your knee op? (Sorry, there's been a lot of water under the arthritic bridge and it seems to have affected my memory too   ) There seems to be a wide spectrum of 'normality' after knee ops and I hope you'll get there in the end.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    Dear May

I am sorry that you are still struggling with the knee and the consultant would appear to have washed his hands of you and the offending knee. I presume you are not going to fight your case or perhaps you have and given up as it takes a lot to do that when "they" all stick together. I hope your birthday went well and please do pop in, at least from time to time, there are many here that remember you and your story well.

    Hugs
    Elna x
