Just having a really really sore day today :(
So feeling sorry for myself
Off for blood test at 3 but just want to stay snuggled on the settee

    Hi all
    Thank you for your support
    Bloods all done only 10mins in the car
    DD I haven't been over doing it wish I had then I'd have a reason for all this pain stiffness and discomfort just think the OA & Inflammatory Arthur are working together & against me grrrr
    Having a Birthda weekend so hope it behaves as I've got a few hours in the hairdressers chair and a meal out tomorrow but Sunday is going to be a lazy day with breakfast in bed! Don't think I've had one ever it will be my luck ill get crumbs in the bed & spill my morning espresso all over me
    Will keep you posted

    Oh this damned flare business, doesn't it get you down? I'm under the cosh but I can attribute that to my recent stresses and strains. Enjoy your birthday weekend as best you can - and also ignore the joints as best you can. DD
