I saw this company advertise on telly a couple of months ago called graze.com it was a company that does health food and sends it to you in the post. Now I'm a nibbler I like to pick at things and graze is brill for someone like me because the boxes they send has 6 sections with different items in it. The site lists over a 100 different types of food to choose from from breakfast to puddings and lots of interesting types of mixtures of nuts, dries fruit and chocolate in between. And even has popcorn!! You choose whether you want it delivered weekly or monthly and it costs around £3 a box. It's great for dieters or people who just want to eat healthy.
