I can't win

You get pain in the winter and now warm weather here I get really stiff fingers and pain in my hands and they become even more swollen. I can't seem to win either way,any suggestions or is this just something that just happens with RA is it worth ringing Rheumy or is there anything I can do to help ease the swelling and stiffness other than normal exercises.I don't want to ring them if it's nothing that will help but I do need to still speak to them with regards to on-going side effects still from the Meth.

    My RA doesn't like heat though it doesn't mind cold. If your meth isn't controlling your disease maybe you should ring your rheumatology helpline.
    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    U could try ice water plunge ur hands in for a minute then out food a couple and repeat it helps mine esp in the morning.
    Obv get the meth sorted.
