I watched El Dorado on Saturday afternoon (needs must) - it was a John Wayne one and it was pretty good, apart from his walk - he walked (as always) as though he had done you-know-what. Nah. DD

I'm not that keen on Westerns, although 'im indoors is. He watches them (and war films) when I go to my daughter's babysitting.
I am looking forward to the new Lone Ranger film though as I used to love the series on TV when I was little.

yes dd john wayne was in some great films ,rooster cogburn is
a good one.
frogmorton yes i spose we all grew up with them and
it stuck with some of us i still like a good western.
