Since you're sharing DD, mine was yesterday and involved two slices of cheese cake  I wish it had been mini cheddars as I gave myself a gallbladder attack  . Talk about spoiling my fun....

yes, echoing numptynora, could we have sharing indulgences as a new game please and am I winning with two slices cheesecake and self-induced sickness?

    "Well that'll learn ya"
Betcha it doesn't! It's all too easy to squash memories of previous over-indulgences, and say 'eat, drink and be merry for tomorrow we diet'!
The other view is that if a little of what you fancy does you good then a lot will do you even more good.....

I will do mine later on as having friends for dinner, will probably eat and drink too much. Starters are scallops on a bed of steamed leeks with a chilli, lemon and parsley butter, main is fried shredded chicken with fried rice, dessert is chocolate cheesecake with caramel fudge ice cream and fresh raspberries and no doubt washed down with a few glasses of wine  xx

Oh Sticky wine and cider  I suppose it will be a hair of the dog today  xx

Not at all, Marie. I did drink them separately  The cider was for the idling in the garden bit and the wine for the meal. As lack of discipline goes, it was a good 'un.

Now then, having read your menu I've decided what today's lack of discipline will be. Can I come?
