but my god I am suffering today :lol:

watching the nephews yesterday and we decided to go swimming (thought it was a good idea at the time) it was fun..and worth it, but I don't think I will be doing that too often.

    Glad you had a good time but it really is a PAIN(!) that we have to suffer so much the next day. If I am going out anywhere I have to make sure I then have at least 1day at home to recover, and sometimes more. Do hope the pain eases off a little for you soon.

    If I remember correctly you are a 'water baby' at heart, yes? Of course you're paying the price (we usually do) but surely it's worth the fun that you had. Rest up and I hope things feel better soon. DD
