Hi folks, sorry I've not been on lately, lots of things been happening in my life.
My little knee is doing good now ,no pain whatsoever now which is a godsend. Got my exercise bike which I abuse until my knee says no more.
After this hurdle which took long enough to sort out, been back to doc's today as for the last 4 weeks my feet are so painful from the time I get up from bed, also my hands haven't been working very well. He confirmed my thoughts, OA is here again and shouting BOO at me big style. He has put me on codeine with paracetamol for the moment.
Is there any foods to avoid or take to try and ease it at all.
I know he mentioned the weather which I already knew and to keep my hands and feet warm and dry . Thanks

Hello babytiger
I was wondering how that knee was getting on...I remember well all the pain it was causing you...so its really good to hear that after what ever they did...sorry my brain has just gone blank ... :? anyhow at least it is now getting there..
OA is a begger at striking in other places....I dont suffer too much with my feet, but my hands get very painful..I am due more injections in them and they work a treat...the only ones that do... so you could ask about them..
You take care ..you have had such a long haul with that knee..(((())))xxLove

I'm so glad the knee is now working well for you.
Arthritis Care just recommend a basic healthy diet. They have a booklet on it (I think it's called 'Healthy Living') if you click on the Publications and Resources button at the top of the page.If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Thanks Barbara, not sure myself what Sheffield done but whatever it was it has worked .Tried sitting down at work today but that didn't work because everytime I had to get something my feet were killing me so I stood.
Sticky, thanks I will have a look0
