As we all need to keep exercising we are pleased to announce the new AC Dance classes. Roll up and enrol now. Specially selected dances for the more arthritically inclined include:

The Argentine Tangle
The Bunny Flop
The Can't Can't (My apologies to DD. I filched that wonderful dance from an earlier post of hers.)
The Slog (formerly Clog) Dance
The Discoco
The Flamencoco
The MaynotPole Dance
The Slowstep
The Wiggly Line Dance

The Twist will be referred to throughout as The Twist 'N Shout. Other dances will retain their former names as in:

Breakdancing
The Bump and Grind
The Shuffle

(Oxygen will be provided.)

Ooooh, count me in 'cos this sounds like fun. Can we have some judges to grade our efforts? I suggest Craig Revel-Horrorwood, Pain Goodman, Darcey HustleandBussel with Bruno Ow!lioni completing the line-up. I suggest that we have our inaugral hop on Sunday evening - that way we'll all have time to 'get ahead of the pain' and thus we'll enjoy it more. DD

PS I excel in the Amercian Jerk.

I will have to be on the door taking ticket money,I once went to line dance classes and was chucked out as I made the lines look untidy. Mig

:lol::lol: Well done, everyone for your contributions. For your information - and peace of mind - there will be extra oxygen next week. The sight of all of us lying on our backs doing the heavy breathing thing caused consternation among the judges as no-one could find a minus number.

Joan, next week I promise you we'll lay on the Eightsome Wheel for you and Sue.
