Some of the longer-standing members on here may remember that when I first joined I was riding the PsA unicycle whilst juggling my meds. Then along came the OA diagnosis and my transport of choice became a zebra (PsA the white stripes, OA the black). Now I have a third set of initials and therefore need a new metaphor.

I have it.

I am the proud owner of a Robin Reliant. :D Mine is fuschia pink, with diamanté accents all over the shop, some carefully aligned to spell out my various initials and letters (they are many and varied). The Clatterator is on the roof-rack, the horn sounds either as a Homer 'Woo-hoo!' or a Homer 'D'oh!' The seats are white fur and there is (needless to say) a fully-stocked bar in the glove box.

I have been searching (in vain) for the footage of Jeremy Clarkson driving one of these mighty beasts, continually crashing, turning it over and being rocked back to the vertical by various famous passers-by. It is one of the funniest bits of telly I have ever seen (and wished to share) but as you all know my computery skills are non-existent. It seems, however, to be the perfect way to sum up what is passing for a life and I claim it as all mine. DD
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben
