I know a few people on incapacity benefit is this right?

I was talking to a few people about various changes to befefits and got told that they knew a few people still on incapacity benefit and I was saying it couldnt be right as they have now stopped it.

I know all forms now only mention ESA and universal credit but no mention of incapacity benefit.

Just wondered if Incapacity is still eligible for some people as the people I spoke to seemed confident that they were right and I was wrong.

I think they are transferring everybody over to ESA. However there are still a few people left receiving the old Incapacity Benefit.
