Hi
I had day no 2 yesterday, but I didn`t manage to get on here! I had my Field Test at the Eye Clinic, ready for Glaucoma clinic next week. Over with pretty quickly, a bit uncomfortable to sit in the position they needed me in but I stood up and changed position between eyes.
Today is a busy day. I have my `Urgent` (ha ha) review of my back with my physio at 9.30, then straight into my Physio class called Individual Needs class (aka physio exercises for people who are rubbish at exercises!!)
Then home quick wash and change and it is the funeral today.
It will be a very sad occasion, (I know they all are) but she was only young and she has a young son, and it will be very hard to see him so sad.
I will understand if people can`t be at all these appointment! I will probably struggle to keep up myself!!
Thanks

Hi
Thank you all for your replies and support xx It means a lot.
The funeral went off as they do. Standing room only. Very emotional service. Very sad.
I had my physio check up about my back. She did a thorough assessment and a deep massage on my back as my muscles were all in spasm. I have some unexplained sensations in my left foot, which is the same side as my hand symptoms and she is wondering if it is coming from my neck as i had osteophytes there a while ago on xray. So she will speak to the specialist physio practitioner about it and may see if they will MRI my neck too.
I have further appointments booked with her. I then went to my physio group and it went ok apart from her wanting me to go on a stepper machine and I said it hurts too much to do that. She questioned me about why before giving in and asking me to practice sitting to stand instead!! Big difference that!!
I am acheing, tired and a bit drained now.
Lots of thoughts going round me head. Quiet night I think.
Thanks again xx

I'm sorry I missed all this, NB. Yes, I think a quiet night is exactly what you need. I hope you can sleep OK.If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
