My version of Bikram yoga.

It's called doing the ironing. It involves a hot steam iron, creased clothes to be smoothed, a bath towel to wipe down and a water bottle to keep hydrated. Nightdress plastered to me, hair dripping, some exertion and panting involved. What's your version? DD

It wasn't a day, just a mere forty minutes or so. I am now in a similar state having cooked and eaten, more sweating will follow with the washing up.

    I've had enough.

Bikram yoga? Sounds energetic and sweaty.

Mine was being up to elbows in the dish pan with towel around my neck (not a dish-towel :D ). Yes, I do have a dishwasher but the pans tend to pile up until I can do them. Makes a good Bikram experience :D

Now the reverse is true. Ice yoga. Freezing and sweaty at all times. The dish pan has become a lovely experience again....

My version is the same as yours DD.

I can be sitting down all cool, calm and collected, but as soon as I get up to do anything ....whoosh. And don't get me started on the vacuuming.

    Such fun.

Most things are like Bikram. Ironing, walking upstairs, cleaning and that's what I do for a living. We do have a laugh about it at work as I'm always saying we need windows and doors open when my boss and his wife have coats and scarves on and I'm in a t-shirt.

I like that Maria - a tropical moment. Must remember that one.

Mine is when I do anything! changing the sheets is when I really start to melt, I just call it a 'moment' It stopped for years but seems to have come back with a vengeance!!
