I have just got a new job working in retail and my training starts Monday with gaining a NVQ in retail. The Job Centre put me on a work placement after my medical with ATOS,and they helped me as I wanted to return to work.I didn't have the interview with the company but with the placement as they work with the company.I am a little worried about if I have flare ups if they will be ok if I needed time off(hopefully not often).I did mention about my illness but as I don't have the interview with the company I am hoping they will be informed of this.I think I really need to work while I can and I hope it will help with my pains in my leg/buttocks as I will be up and about more but I'm confident that working will help.

I hope it works out well for you. If you don't try you'll never know. Well done on landing the job.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    Well Done you.

I work in retail as I currently can't do my main job and I've found my boss to be very helpful in regards to getting the right equipment and understanding me which is the main thing.

Don't forget about Access to Work if you can apply. They pay 100% within the first 6 weeks which means you employer has no expense.

Thankyou all I wont e starting till around the end of this month beginning of November so plenty of time to do the training and get prepared.Fingers crossed I don't get too many problems arise with working.I also have finally got my house move in around 4 weeks so finally some good news as my lounge will be on the ground floor so it will be easier instead of all those stairs.
