Metoject and tiredness

Hi
I just wondered if anyone felt really sleepy the day after you have your Metoject it seems the only side effect I have thank goodness as there are some pretty nasty ones too

    I think all of us on meth, whether tablet or injected, can get this. I use tablets but can get what I call a meth day the day after. I remember dibdab recently had a good phrase for hers.
    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    I only ever had oral mtx & even on 30mg I was one of the extremely ones that didn't get any side effects!! I have fatigue from PsA & FM so totally understand how bad it can be :? I hope the fatigue isn't too debilitating for you, Wishing you more wakeful days huni (((( ))))

    I get this frequently with Meth.

    Usually the day after if I could just sleep under my desk in work I would be fine! lol

    i, too suffer from tiredness a couple of days after. I also think the new metoject needles are thicker and harder to go in, I actually drew blood last night and have a massive bruise where I injected!

    I bet that was sore I've had the odd one that's a bit tender but no blood drawn

    Hi Maria,

    I'm always quite tired the day after my MTX injection. I find if I take it at night, I feel less sicky and tired the next day.

    I too think the needles are a lot thicker,i have drawn blood plus i have a lovey bright red mark where i injected 2 weeks ago.I am seeing the specialist tomorrow and the nurse on thursday will what they have to say about it

    yes i also get very sleepy after methotrexate inject, i find my self falling to sleep most days.
    but the worst for me is diahhreoa ive had this now for some months and
    it does get me down :?
    just go with the flow and rest your body.
