sw update this maintaining game is fun week before last I lost 1lb last week I gained 2lb this week I have lost 2 and half lbs mental note to me need to maintain next week or put a couple of lbs back on if I want to stay in target. :lol::lol:

    hi Barbara you only have to stay within a certain weight if you want to be called a target lifetime member and attend weigh in without paying each week. :lol::lol:

    Carol, maybe we should put you on a piece of string!! My weight is up and down at the moment and so is my appetite! It could be the change in weather, I do find in the Autumn/Winter I put on a little weight I call it 'my insulation'!! And I loose it again by late spring! I'm sure your a strong person and can keep in the target weight, not like some of us!! :oops:
