I bought my mum an early Christmas present as she has been struggling with severe back pain from arthritis and is struggling to exercise, she loves to walk the dog for 15 minutes a day and found it increasingly hard to do that.

I bought her a TENS Machine and she says its great. She could even sleep better. I'm a very happy daughter knowing that I've managed to make my mums life a bit easier.

My mum was shocked that she had never heard of the TENS Machine before.

:D

    That's brilliant :D

I'm quite lucky in that I was given one to use on my knees when i was about 6 so I've been using one for 15 years now :D

The one I have now is quite fancy in that it can give pulsating sensation or a 'wave' sensation which is fantastic for consistent pains! I love it and take it everywhere as my trusty back up!

I just need about 4 machines so I can hook it up to ALL my joints lol :P

I'm glad your mum has experienced relief from it :) it's a handy, cheap and fairly discreet method of pain relfef!

I've just ordered some special socks that I can hook the TENS Machine up to and I'm going to try it out now :)
