I have been unable to get through to HAH to reorder my injections for the past fortnight.The phone is permanently engaged. Has anyone else had difficulties contacting them or have they change their phone contact umber recently as my paperwork is from 2008?

    Hello tkachev, have you looked at their website? That should have up-to-date info. I will go and get my last delivery sheet and see what contact number that has - I won't be long. DD

    All I can find is the following: 0870 333 2834. It could be that they have 'phone trouble? I am usually contacted by them via email. DD

    I have finally got through. They said they have had heavy call volumes. Oh dear does that mean more and more are getting diagnosed with this?

    Anyway I will have my lovely humira by Thursday and boy do I need it!

    I am glad you finally got through and roll on Thursday, yes? HaH don't only deal with arthritics, they cover a plethora of long-term conditions and the drugs they require - it's a good idea though, I wish I had had it! I could be living in the Caymen Islands by now - yet another boat missed by yours truly. :wink: DD

    I'm glad that's sorted, Elizabeth. I don't do the 'stabbings' or deliveries but I can see it must be a big relief to have it sorted.
    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    Yes this Thursday. They did well to fit me in at such short notice.

    I usually get a call from HAH every couple of months and get to talk to a lovely chap but I seem to have been out of the loop lately. It might have been because I had to have a 'review' in Summer after the Rheummy Nurse cancelled my order with HAH, rather than let the delivery continue as normal and allow me to restart the backlog when given the all clear.

    They had a landline (thanks to delboy I found it via say no to 0845) but they later withdrew it. They email me with my delivery notice and I email my reply with quantities and confirmation etc. DD

    Good point Salamander. They do usually call me to arrange delivery. If I have had to have a 'break' and don't need a delivery they usually phone back a couple of weeks later to check.

    There is SAYNOTO0870.COM (all caps). I hadn't even noticed the number to tell the truth. I must have rung them quite a lot of times and they were engaged for ages. Now I know why they keep you waiting for so long.

    I really must pay more attention. I'm off to check my online phone bill and see how much I've been charged.

    I understand that by the middle of 2014 084 and 087 numbers will be outlawed for customer service lines.

    well i have checked my bill. usual story as I've just started a new contract and the company can never get it right when there is a change. i am on anytime calls free package but this month i'm showing up as 'not free' so all the call charges have come up and indeed HAH is showing a high amount for waiting to be connected for each call.
    0845 and 0870 are usually part of the free calls with anytime packages with company I am with,
