    it has/ ESR,WCC,Neutrophils,Hb,Platelets,ALT,Alk phos,Albumin,

Not everyone at all gets these Mike. I have no rheumy nurse, no DMARD cards and haven't been given steroid cards either. I would say this is because I live on a Scottish island but it has a hospital and shops and car accidents and so its just as important that emergency services know what meds people here are taking. Also I know from many other people with RA elsewhere that services vary enormously from area to area. :hoho: Mat

Sticky, just wondered.. I assume you bought the bracelet? If you don't mind me asking.. how much was it and where from etc..[/quote]

Tony, if you just google 'medical alert bracelet' or 'medical alert tag' lots of stuff comes up. One, MedicAlert, has a deal with AC so, in your first year of membership of AC you can get (I think) 40% off. Depending on how expensive your tastes, it would probably be worth joining AC just for the discount :candycane:

All the sites do a range of stuff from basic to eye-wateringly expensive. I got the absolute basic one several years ago and now need to change it not because anything has worn out but because my husband and GP have both changed their phone numbers :presents1: They can't get away from me so easily :xmas_evil:
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Had dose number four yesterday. So far the only side effect is s horrid rash on my lower left arm.. I went to the rheumy nurse last wk. I am taking some strong anti histamine tablets. The rash is a bit worse today BUT.. not itching nearly as much and has gone from my neck/shoulder so I'll gladly put up with a bit of s rash if three meth works. And I gotta admit, my shoulders and elbows have calmed down a little bit. I know it's still early days so am hoping it works wonders..
Had a little nausea too but nowt to fret about. .

    Thanks for reading.
