    Thank you all for my birthday wishes. I had a really lazy day and it was most enjoyable. I did not do any of my nearly daily exercise routine, no walking out, except to the car ;), and no exercise bike! We went over to my son's for a super lunch. His partners parents were also there and we had great fun playing silly games at the table at the end of the meal. We went to see Ian's mum then so more sitting, cups of tea and mince pies. I usually try to do 10,000+ steps per day but yesterday the pedometer only said just over 3,000. Back on track today for a couple of days. :xmas_cheesygrin:

    May I wish you all a peaceful Christmas and a happy, healthy and interesting 2014.

    I wish there were more hours in the day for me to check in regularly to the forum, like I used to do, but with this and that going on in my life at present, it has become more difficult. I still try to look in every now and again and reply where I can. :)
