I know it's not quite NYE but I'm feeling a tad emotional. Blame the Pimms! It's not been the easiest year for me arthur wise but the lovely people on here have held my hand the whole way though. It sounds cheesy but I'm really not sure I could have coped without my AC friends. Knowing that other people 'get it' makes it so much easier to keep trudging on. I know that, whenever I need it, there will be; a laugh, a virtual hug, a shoulder to cry on, a helpful word, genuine advice...you name it, you'll find it here! So, thank you. Thank you for helping me find my strength when I thought I'd lost it, thank you for being there for me, thank you for accepting me just the way I am.
THANK YOU ARTHRITIS CARE UK!
Merry Christmas everyone. I wish you all a happy and healthy 2014 also.
Bring it on! :xmas_cool:

Merry Christmas to you too Sophie. Hope 2014 is a better one for you. This site is so important isn't it- knowing that the folks here really understand the trials and tribulations, and share our hopes and joys too make it feel better somehow.
I'm just home from carol singing to raise money for air ambulance and the local children's hospice- left me feeling thankful really that "all" I face each day are the vagaries of living with RA! :carolers:
Take care. Enjoy the rest from UNi.

What else would we do? :? To my mind this forum is about giving rather than taking; I have admired your determination and spirit and always will. I hope you have a better 2014, it's about time something went right, yes? DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

Hi Deb
